Council Approves Congestion Pricing
By a vote of 30 to 20, the Council today approved Mayor Bloomberg's congestion pricing plan. This sets the stage for a state approval, hopefully within the next six days.
Locally, CM Yassky voted in favor; CM Reyna against.
